ISIS basic radial velocity measurement tool question

Hi all,

I'm curious to know - when using the basic radial velocity measurement tool in ISIS (ie, converting the profile to velocity centred on a particular wavelength and then using the FWHM tool via mouse) - Is the value calculated by ISIS based on flux weighting, peak position or some combination?
