Has the way the dispersion equation is calculated changed in ISIS 5.9 ? I am getting a consistent +1 pixel wavelength calibration error when I calculate the dispersion equation from a spectrum and then apply it to the same spectrum. I did not see this with 5.7.

It looks like the change in 5.9 to remove the bin 0/1 anomaly
