At this resolution I see a blend of 6678.276 Ne I with 6677.281 Ar I (lambda from NIST):

A confirmation of the problem comes from RMS value, larger using predefined mode.
Predefined mode 1200 groves/mm (6 lines):

Coefficient a4 : 0.000000E00
Coefficient a3 : -4.244473E-09

File mode excluding the line Ne I 6678.276 (and adding the Ar I 6752.834):

I don't know if this blend happen in every Ar-Ne lamps (it should!) and probably it is not a problem in low-res spectra calibration, anyway I wanted to report it.
