Very nice spectra Francios! You have your eShel tuned up nicely. I am impressed with the S/N you are getting at this resolution (I assume you have some fiber coupling losses).
Everything must be well optimized plus excellent guiding. I have been downloading your spectra from the database to view them.
The graphs just can't do them justice.

T CrB with the same exposure time, switched to 35um slit (R~13K) and 2x2 bin, looks the small ripples on the continuum are also real:

Tim,
The mount is an astrophysics 1600, autoguiding with Lodestar and Maxim DL : no problem, the RMS is less than 0.5 px
The (new) scope is a Meade ACF 850 - 14 ". Good quality of the optics.
The focal ratio is F/D = 8 (small for a SC) - The focal reducer (Lumicon, an excellent optics) gives F/D = 4.8
The collimation is correct
The focus is optimized
The seing was good (can't be tuned ... !), good transparency and the altitude of the targets above 50°
As you know, this is the secret of spectroscopy : *ALL* all must be fine tuned.
As soon as possible, I'll try CI Cygni.
Note that Peter got a correct spectrum of YY Her, very faint target, at R > 15000 (soon in the data base)
All the best,
François
