Hello,
My name is Jean-Philippe, 45 years, happily married, two kids and a crazy cat. I live near Toulouse, southwestern France. By day I play with microscopes (biomedical research) and by night with a Newton 200 telescope in my backyard under orange skies. I had a lot of fun with a star analyser for two years, and now learning to use an Alpy. So I am basically trying to do some "backyard science" (more honestly trying to understand what I am doing !), so I guess it is the right time to come to this forum.
Thanks for the login Francois.
Clear skies,
Jean-Philippe

Welcome on ARAS forum Jean-Philippe! Congratulations for your first observations very well and educationally presented (I saw in Beginners corner section). Spectroscopy is certainly possible also under "orange skies"!
