VSpec - "cannot open clipboard" error

Recently I have sometimes been getting an error in Vspec when copying spectra. (see attached screen shot). It does not happen very often but it shuts down all the open spectrum windows and of course always at an important point :x Has anyone else seen this sort of error ?
