ISIS Bug report:

If a heliocentric corrected fits profile is displayed in ISIS and then saved under a different name the BSS_VHEL value in the header is reset to zero

Also GEO_LONG and GEO_LAT to zero value on my re-saved FITS profiles (ref. ISIS 5.5.0).

Thanks Robin and Paolo, the bug is correct (but check with your references). You can download the V5.5.1 release of ISIS.

I found also that the entry under COMMENTS is not saved, even in 5.5.1
